I am currently a student at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, where I research topics of public policy. My work spans various policy areas where I believe my input would be beneficial, including economics, sociology, and political science. However, I consider myself a specialist in the areas of child welfare, primary and secondary education, and disability policy. I have had the professional privilege of collaborating with esteemed institutions and researchers, contributing to a deeper understanding of complex issues through rigorous analysis and creative problem-solving.
My approach to research is rooted in precision and creative thinking. At the Computational Analysis of Movement and Politics (CAMP) Lab, I used computer vision models to analyze protest image data and uncover emotional patterns in the eruption of violence at political demonstrations. My tenure as the City Archivist for Monte Sereno involved an applied research project analyzing the city's historical records to advise the City Manager on benefit projects. In every project I work on, I strive to push the envelope methodologically, finding unique and creative ways to expand our collective understanding.
If you have a research project that you'd like my help with, reach out to me today. I look forward to hearing from you.
